Reiki Healing

In my practice, Reiki is a gentle yet powerful hands-on (or hands-above) healing approach that supports the body and mind in returning to a natural state of balance. It’s deeply relaxing and can be especially helpful for those dealing with stress, anxiety, pain, or emotional overwhelm.

 

Reiki works beautifully alongside hypnotherapy or as a standalone treatment. Many clients describe feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded after a session. It’s not about diagnosing or “fixing,” but rather allowing your system to shift gently back into harmony — physically, emotionally, and energetically.

 

It’s a simple, natural method of healing that supports your body’s own ability to recover and thrive. Whether you’re new to energy work or familiar with healing practices, Reiki offers a safe, non-invasive way to reconnect with yourself and your wellbeing.

 

You don’t have to believe in Reiki for it to be effective. Reiki isn’t about belief or mindset — it’s a gentle, non-invasive form of energy healing that works regardless of whether someone is spiritual, sceptical, or simply curious.

 

Many people come to Reiki with no prior experience of energy work, and some are unsure whether it will make a difference. But the body responds in its own way — often by deeply relaxing, releasing tension, and starting to rebalance itself naturally. You may feel sensations such as warmth, tingling, or simply a sense of calm — or nothing at all during the session — but changes can still occur gently over time.

Reiki works with your body’s natural healing system.

All that’s really required is a willingness to be open to the experience. I always encourage clients to come just as they are — no expectations, no pressure.
